weet niet of er wel animo is maar wil mijn belgische clashvrienden dit laatste bericht niet ontnemen!!WAR INA EAST 2009 GLOVES OFF, GUNS OUT UPDATE! So just a few weeks away from the big event and we just wanted to give all the clash heads out there a little heads up on how things developing! All Sounds are eager and ready for WAR! Nuff big dubs are guaranteed to drop. For sure 2 Sounds would die and one side of the globe would prevail as winner!The big question on everybody's mind is, WHO GO DEAD AND HOW DEM GO DEAD? Would it be a murderation or a split decision? One thing for sure, nobody wants to miss this clash! To satisfy the enormous requests we've been getting for tickets, we at Herbalize-it are happy to announce that a few more tickets would be issued to try and cover the demands of those people who are yet to get their tickets. However, we only have a limited number of tickets so the faster you move the better your chances would be of securing one. As always in fine Herbalze-it style we are going to not only make sure that everyone is provided with the best service but we are also going to be offering patrons with the ability to purchase the tastiest combination of caribbean food with something for every preference. Whether bald-head or rasta-man, you would enjoy the clash to the max with a full, contented belly, all for a nice price,this all provided by "Comida Criolla"! merchandise also there so be sure to pic up some gear, music or whatever other item from the collection you see on display for purchase. With that said, we are very excited about War Ina East 2009 and know that you are too. We at Herbalize-it are proud to be able to bring you this event and hope that everyone would come out with the right attitude to not only witness history, but most of all enjoy the vibes in a good spirit of peace and love! WAR INA EAST 2009 GLOVES OFF, GUNS OUT POST CLASH STATEMENT! First things first, Congratulations to Supersonic and Sentinel: Team Europe, on their victory at War Ina East 2009. This has been a major victory for the entire reggae/dancehall and clash scene in europe. The world now has the proof that we too know how to put forward professional, top of the line events and more importantly, that Sounds in Europe are heavy and ready to rumble with he best of them. Also, congratulations to Team USA: TEK9 and Poison Dart for putting forward a down to the wire fight for the victory and letting Europe see that your Sounds are big, big, bad Sounds. We think its safe to say that Europe has embraced your Sounds and you guys would definitely soon be back over on this side of the world. It's been just a few days since we witnessed one of the nicest clashes in years and the question on everybody's lips is "when is the next one?" We at Herbalize-it are very proud to have brought you this event and very happy that the whole thing went down glitch free. We feel fortunate and blessed to be surrounded by so many good-hearted people and want to thank all the true clash fans, soundman, soundgyal and everybody else for coming out and really supporting the thing with an unbiased intention. In clashes, we all know that their is a huge possibility that not always the best sound on the night ends up winning, which is usually a result of an unfair, biased massive. However, War Ina East 2009 has attracted the wickedest clash massive who put aside their preference for a particular Sound and voted for the bigger tunes, regardless who played it! So from the Herbalize-it crew Nuff Respect to the Massive present on the night, for making the clash into a fair war and allowing both teams the opportunity to take a shot at the victory. To all the Sounds that took part in the clash, we want to say a big big thank you for accepting our invitation to be a part of the war and secondly, for coming so prepared and professional. Thanks for keeping the thing within acceptable clash standards and not taking it to an un-sportsmanship arena. On a quick glance back at the Clash. For Team Europe, Elmar made sure that Sentinel brought the right ammunition to the Clash, letting us not forget how wicked dem dub box be. Spida brought his "A" game on the night, acting like the glue holding Team Europe together at vital moments when Team USA appeared to be threatening. For Team USA, Pretty Ricky had a very solid night, connecting with the massive and dropping some memorable lines (check the audio or wait for dvd). The selecting skills from both Father Tek and Kirky were on point and the energy from Team USA was insane for the duration of the entire night. No matter if the last act from Mad Ras didn't go down too well with the massive (youtube it or wait for the dvd), his performance on the night stood out big and tall! Entertainment to the max! Nuff Respect to Atak and its organization for their hard work and commitment in helping us pull off such a professional and successful event. Every aspect of the Clash was handled with the utmost care and importance and we are very thankful to have this opportunity to use your venue and put Holland on the Clash map. A special thanks goes out to recording artist Maikal X for hosting the clash. A job well done in every respect! Big up OBTV and Jerry Blackstone for the DVD recording and interviews,soon the DVD will be for sale!! Big up to all the people who came through to show their support. All the organizers of the many busses who came to the clash from Holland and Germany,Riddim Magazine, U-Club, Intel Diplomat, Selecta G,Sizzla01 and all who travel from far to witness this event, Ragga Kings for providing the live feed and all the people who were locked on listening live. Nuff Respect! To the people not mentioned, our apologies for this but know you are not forgotten and we appreciate your support same way!
