Tis inderdaad wel same style en same language en daardoor lijkt het er wel op, maar hij heeft toch duidelijk zijn eigen accent en flow vind ik persoonlijk... Zijn Admiral T en de hele nest french/madinina artists dan ook gewoon raggasonic copycats volgens u? Bovendien, jamaican music culture telt massas artiesten die niet echt hun eigen originele stijl hebben, zeg maar leven van covers, maar daarom doen ze da nog niet volledig en exclusief en brengen ze toch vaak een meerwaarde (denk maar aan little john, chronicle, etc... YT...) Anyway, ieder zijn mening hé mister anonymous...  |

General Good used to be in a band called Lokos alongside Lord Bitum, a fast style dee-jay as well (now also singing in the french band K2R Riddim). i let him come do a show in antwerp once (in bar napoleon) but the public didn't really show up that night, too bad! here's a wicked tune from Lokos' first mini-cd "Fayattitude" (when General Good was still in the band) : & if anyone's interested, i still have 6 copies of their second mini-cd (5€ a piece) featuring some nice roots & dancehall tunes check also his blog lordbitum.skyblog.com/index.html for his last releases & dates |
